Tempting Tweed25 September 2006
Lesley and fishing pal Barbara paid a short but productive September visit to the River Tweed courtesy of Finlay Wilson of Fish Wild at Stobo with excellent results. Lesley had her first grayling and first Tweed seatrout caught on weighted nymph patterns, sadly the salmon stayed out of sight but that is of little consequence. The whole fishing experience was fantastic and Lesley says, if you are a wild river trout enthusiast then the Upper Tweed is a must.
